The Banner Community program is a partnership with Allegheny County and program sponsor HRG Engineering and is designed to honor municipalities and authorities that distinguish themselves as model communities through their commitment to sustainable practices including professional development, intergovernmental cooperation, sound fiscal management and proactive communications to engage community stakeholders.
We are happy to announce that Castle Shannon Borough has received the Banner Community designation for the fourth year in a row!
